Product Description

In rail terminology, a fishplate, splice bar or joint bar is a metal bar that is bolted to the ends of two rails to join them together in a track. The top and bottom edges are tapered inwards so the device wedges itself between the top and bottom of the rail when it is bolted into place. In rail transport modelling, a fishplate is often a small copper or nickel silver plate that slips onto both rails to provide the functions of maintaining alignment and electrical continuity.
There are two types of fishplate, 4 holes fish plate and 6 holes plate, usually, we use this type to introduce the dimension of fishplate " X hole— Length/ diameter of hole",
For example 4 hole - 630/ 26"
As the fish plate size depends on the tracks, if you need our fish plate, you only need to tell us the standard No. Of fish plate, such as UIC, 54 kg UIC, 52 kg, BS 80A, BS 90A, IRS 52 KG. Our fish plates are manufactured to international standards according to BS, ASTM, JIS, IRS, TJ and DIN, among others.

This product is a specially forged fish plate. It is suitable for the temporary repair of cracked welded rail joints with clamp assembly to suit various rail sections.
